Existing path to upgrade 2

The City will be upgrading pathways in the northern section of Hollywood Reserve (see map below by clicking on the heading) will now commence from 13 May (previously 15 April) for a period of four days.

The postponement has occurred due to contractor issues and the City apologises for any inconvenience caused.

Please remember that the pathways will be closed between the hours of 7am – 4pm and pedestrians will be diverted to adjacent pathways and gates for access to Karrakatta Cemetery, Smyth Road and Karella Street. Signage will be in place to assist with movement around the work area.

The pathways are being upgraded in accordance with the City’s Natural Area Path Network Policy. Once upgraded they will consist of red asphalt. Updates on the project will be provided as the project progresses.
