Scheme Amendment No. 10 - Amendment to Additional Use 9

The Council at their Ordinary Council Meeting in July 2020 resolved to prepare for advertising Standard Scheme Amendment No. 10 to the City of Nedlands Local Planning Scheme No. 3.

This Scheme Amendment is for the purpose of adding conditions to Additional Use 9 (A9). The amendment proposes to include specific built form controls as conditions for Residential Aged Care Facilities where they are proposed at the following addresses are listed under A9 in the Additional Use Table of the Scheme under Clause 19:

  • Lot 25 (69) Melvista Avenue, Nedlands,
  • Lots 10 (16) and 11 (18) Betty Street, Nedlands and
  • Lots 19 (73) and 18 (75) Doonan Road, Nedlands .
