The City of Nedlands is seeking community feedback on proposed changes to parking arrangements on Burwood Street and Croydon Street. These changes aim to address increased parking demand in the area.

We invite residents, workers, and visitors to share their views to help inform future decisions and ensure parking in the area continues to meet community needs. Your input is valuable and will contribute to a balanced and effective outcome.

The proposed changes are:

  • Introduce 1-hour parking on the western (footpath) side of Burwood Street between #5 and Aberdare Road, from 7:00am to 3:30pm. This change would add around eight parking bays and provide a more equitable distribution of parking in the area.
  • Adjust the current parking hours on Croydon Street from 7:00am–5:00pm to 7:00am–3:30pm.

    The proposed changes include introducing 1-hour parking on the western side of Burwood Street (between #5 and Aberdare Road, 7:00am–3:30pm), which would add around 8 bays and improve parking distribution, and adjusting parking hours on Croydon Street to 7:00am–3:30pm.
