The Nedlands VRC in partnership with Melville VRC provided a Volunteer Management Training Workshop in celebration of Volunteer Managers Day on Monday 5 November 2018. An acknowledgement received from a workshop participant summed up the overall success of this training in these words:

“Thank you so much for the provision of a wonderful training workshop and celebration of International Volunteer Managers Day. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the workshops you offer to volunteer managers. They are always run by informative and engaging people on the cutting edge of their fields. I am very grateful that I have the opportunity to be exposed to and learn from these wonderful people. Thanks again for the hard work you all do for us in the NFP sector.” Melanie, Fundraising and Volunteer Coordinator, St Patrick’s Community Support Centre.
