Draft Local Planning Policy - Transition Zone (Hollywood West)

In accordance with the Planning and Development Act 2005 Schedule 2, Part 2, Clause 4 the City of Nedlands has prepared and advertises Draft Local Planning Policy Hollywood West Transition Zone.
This Policy is for the purpose of introducing built form provisions to facilitate a gradual transition between high and low-density areas abutting Stirling Highway in the Hollywood West Transition Zone.
The draft policy is available for viewing in the document library and comment via the submission form.
Submissions close 5pm 13 February 2021.
