Residential Aged Care Facilities LPP Adopted – April Council Meeting
The Council at their Meeting in April 2020 resolved to adopt the Residential Aged Care Facilities Local Planning Policy. The policy provides guidance and development requirements applicable to applications for residential aged care facilities within the City of Nedlands. The City will review and advertise local planning policies on a case-by-case basis depending on the extent of the changes and in line with the Deemed provisions.
