Policies Revoked at May 2020 Council Meeting
City of Nedlands Council resolved at the May 2020 Ordinary Council Meeting to revoke the following Local Planning Policies in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 Schedule 2, Part 2, Clause 6; the Ancillary Accommodation Local Planning Policy and the Subdivision Local Planning Policy. Council also resolved at this meeting to revoke the Tennis Court Fencing & Lighting Council Policy.
