Policies Adopted by Council July Meeting
The Council at its July 2019 Council Meeting adopted the following policies in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 Schedule 2,
Part 2, Clause 4, following community consultation:
- Child Care Premises Local Planning Policy
- State Administrative Tribunal Process and Procedures Local Planning Policy
- Signs Local Planning Policy
- Planning Compliance Local Planning Policy
- Refunding and Waiving Development Application Fees Local Planning Policy
- Heritage Incentives Local Planning Policy

The City will review and advertise local planning policies on a case-by-case basis depending on the extent of the changes and in line with the Deemed provisions.
