LPP Dalkeith Road to Stanley Street Laneway and Built Form Requirements – Adopted 28 July 2020
The Council at their Ordinary Council Meeting on 28 July 2020 resolved to adopt Local Planning Policy: Dalkeith Road to Stanley Street Laneway and Built Form Requirements in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 Schedule 2, Part 2, Clause 4, following community consultation.
This Policy is available as part of the City's Local Planning Policies accessed via the City’s website and copies can also be viewed at the City's Administration Building located at 71 Stirling Highway, Nedlands, WA 6009.
