LPP Adopted - Interim Built Form Design Guidelines - Broadway Mixed Use Zone
The Council at its May 2020 Ordinary Council Meeting adopted the Local Planning Policy - Interim Built Form Design Guidelines – Broadway Mixed Use Zone. This policy provides guidance on the planning and design of development within the Broadway Mixed Use Zone.
The report to Council can be found on the City's website under Council/Agendas, Minutes and Reports.
Please note that some sections of the policy still require approval from the Western Australian Planning Commission in accordance with Clause 1.2.3 of the Residential Design Codes Volume 2.
