Local Planning Policy: Alexander and Philip Road, Dalkeith Building Height – Adopted 25 August 2020
The Council at their Ordinary Council Meeting on 25 August 2020 resolved to adopt Local Planning Policy: Alexander and Philip Road, Dalkeith Building Height in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 Schedule 2, Part 2, Clause 4, following community consultation.
This Policy is available as part of the City's Local Planning Policies accessed via the City’s website and copies can also be viewed at the City's Administration Building located at 71 Stirling Highway, Nedlands, WA 6009.
