Laneway dedicated page

The City has created a dedicated page for existing and future laneways within the City!

The City is currently creating an overarching plan in relation to the widening of existing laneways and the creation of future laneways throughout the City but in particular which service properties that have been up coded/rezoned under Local Planning Scheme 3 (LPS3).

This page provides more details about the ways in which the City is using a series of planning instruments to develop and implement a holistic approach to the management and creation of laneways throughout the City.

Local Planning Policies will remain on this page but those that are laneway related will now be on the Existing and Future Laneways page.

The City will review and advertise local planning policies on a case-by-case basis depending on the extent of the changes and in line with the Deemed provisions.
