Draft Policy: Proceedings before the State Administrative Tribunal

The City has developed a local planning policy in relation to proceedings before the State Administrative Tribunal and is now available for comment.

The Policy prescribes the procedures by which Councillors and the City’s Administration shall deal with applications for review made to the State Administrative Tribunal.

The City will review and advertise local planning policies on a case-by-case basis depending on the extent of the changes and in line with the Deemed provisions.
