Draft Local Planning Policy - Exempt Development - Submissions Closed

The advertising period for the proposed policy on exempt development has concluded.

The draft policy will now be presented at a Council meeting following the placement of the Minister of Planning's approval of the Local Planning Scheme in the Government Gazette.

The City will review and advertise local planning policies on a case-by-case basis depending on the extent of the changes and in line with the Deemed provisions.
