Draft Local Planning Policy – Consultation and Notification of Planning Proposals

The City has developed a draft Local Planning Policy which sets out the consultation and notification of planning proposals for your comment. Please see the document library to view the draft policy.

The intent of the draft Policy is to provide transparency and clarity regarding when and how the City undertakes community consultation or notification of planning proposals. The draft Policy specifies what forms, and under what circumstances various planning proposals will be advertised, and the methods used when engaging with the community.
