The Council at their Ordinary Council Meeting in March 2020 resolved to prepare and advertise the Draft Local Planning Policy Occupancy Restrictions. This policy provides guidance for operators seeking to remove occupancy restrictions on residential properties.
This policy is available for viewing in the document library and available for comment via submission form.
Submissions close 5pm Saturday 16 May 2020.
