Advertising Draft LPP – Dalkeith Road to Stanley Street Laneway and Built Form Requirements
The Council at their Special Council Meeting on 28 April 2020 resolved to prepare and advertise the Draft Local Planning Policy Dalkeith Road to Stanley Street Laneway and Built Form Requirements. This policy provides laneway requirements for the establishment of an east-west laneway over 56 Dalkeith Road, 90 Stirling Highway, 4 Florence Road and 7 Stanley Street, Nedlands.
This policy is available for viewing in the document library and available for comment via submission form.
Closing date for submissions is 5pm Saturday 6 June 2020.
