Advertising Draft Local Planning Policy - Nedlands Town Centre Precinct Plan
The Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting on 23 June 2020 resolved to amend and advertise Draft Local Planning Policy Nedlands Town Centre Precinct Plan. The amendments to the Policy relate to plot ratio and community benefit measures.
The Policy is available for viewing in the document library and available for comment via the submission form.
Submissions close 5pm Friday 31 July 2020.
