The City of Nedlands is seeking feedback from residents on the updated Construction Management Plan (CMP) for the next phase of works at the development site at No. 37-43 Stirling Highway, Nedlands.
This CMP has been amended by the project proponent to incorporate details of the tower cranes location, operational reach within the development site and its free-slew configuration when the crane is in its out-of-service operation. The amendments have been provided to inform the operational approach of the tower crane throughout the next phase of construction.
Installation of the tower crane is scheduled to take place from Friday, 7 August 2026 to Monday, 10 August 2026 (inclusive), between 7am to 7pm subject to safe weather conditions. To facilitate the safe installation of the tower crane, temporary traffic management arrangements will be implemented on Stirling Highway and Williams Road during this period. The City is not seeking feedback about the road closure. For more information, visit the Main Roads website.
