Workshop Attendance - 25 March 2021

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to come along to one of the workshops the City has been hosting over the past two weeks. we thank you for your time and we value your feedback, which will help us progress our work on the Local Planning Policy for Existing Laneways.

For those who are registered to attend our last session this evening for the Mount Claremont study area - please note that we are already running at capacity. If you are not intending on attending any more - can you please get in touch with our Duty Planner today before 3pm on 9273 3500.

Alternatively, for those who are planning on attending but have not registered, please note that we will not be able to accept you into the workshop. Only those people who have registered will be admitted into the workshop. We need to keep our numbers limited to those that have registered to ensure we meet COVID-19 room capacity and we have enough staff to ensure everyone's needs are met.

If you registered for the original workshops that were to be held in February 2021 but were postponed due to the unexpected COVID-19 lockdown, you were required to register again for this current round of workshops, as instructed in the subsequent letter sent to you advising you of the new dates. Unfortunately, we will not be able to admit people who may have registered for the previous workshops in February but did not re-register for the current March 2021 workshops.

If you wish to express your concerns or want to seek further clarification on how this Existing Laneways Local Planning Policy affects you - please feel free to contact our Duty Planner who may be able to answer your queries or arrange a meeting with the relevant officer to help clarify any concerns you may have on 9273 3500 or register to attend the Community Information Session scheduled for 30 March 2021.
