Drabble House to receive a much needed refurbishment

We invite you to tell us your thoughts by completing the online survey which is applicable to you (User or Event and Activity Organiser) or pick-up a hard copy survey from Drabble House or Council Administration.

The City is proposing to undertake the following improvements to Drabble House to the important and unique features of Drabble House will be retained a number of improvements are planned.

  • Upgrade the toilets along with adding a larger toilet facility that is suitable for people with disability.
  • Replacement of the ramp into the building
  • Ensure all the doorways are suitable for everyone to have safe and suitable access to the building.
  • Upgrade the kitchen.
  • Improving the main rooms and adding some new features to improve the comfort.
  • Renovating areas at the back of the building to provide secure and suitable storage.
  • Improvements throughout include fixing up the exterior of the building where it is deteriorating and swapping out lights for LED lights.
