Development application available for inspection

A development application has been received by the City which requires advertising in accordance with the City's Local Planning Policy - Consultation of Planning Proposals. The City is inviting comment in relation to the a proposed five storey mixed use development which includes three active ground floor commercial tenancies, fourteen multiple dwellings across the first to fourth floor, and basement car parking.

You can also attend an information session at the City's Council Chambers between 5.30-6.30pm on Monday, 2 December 2019 to discuss the proposal with the City's Planners.
