The Proposal

The City has received a development application for the above, which proposes a change to the vehicle access ramp and the reduction of one commercial car parking bay

The access ramp gradient has been altered and the commercial tenancies’ size has been reduced resulting in one less car parking bay being provided.

The amendments require advertising in accordance with the City’s Local Planning Policy – Consultation of Planning Proposals.
