NOTE: The Development Application has been deferred by a period of three months and is scheduled to be determined by the JDAP on 31 January 2024. Submitters will be notified formally of the City of Nedlands Council Meeting and JDAP meeting details.

How can I make a comment about the proposed Development Application?

The City will notify in writing all nearby property owners and occupiers of this development as required by the City’s Local Planning Policy for Community Consultation for Planning Proposals.

Feedback received will be taken into consideration in the development of formal recommendations by the City to the DAP who will make the final decision on the proposed development.
