The City of Nedlands is inviting your comments on a Development Application (DA) at No.91 Broadway, Nedlands.

The Proposal

The City of Nedlands has recently received an application for a 17 multiple dwellings and an office at 91 Broadway Nedlands. Please note that the Metro Inner-North Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) is the determining body for this application, not the City.

The proposal can be summarised as follows:

  • Six storey Mixed Use Development;
  • 17 Multiple Dwellings;
  • Ground Floor Office;
  • 28 car bays, inclusive of 24 resident bays and four visitor bays;
  • 10 bicycle bays, inclusive of 8 resident bays and 2 visitor bays;
  • Rooftop communal terrace for residents; and
  • Landscaping planted on structure and to the rear of the site.

SUBMISSION PERIOD: 12 November to 10 December 2021

The City will notify in writing all nearby property owners and occupiers of this development according to the City’s Local Planning Policy for Community Consultation for Planning Proposals.

Feedback received will be taken into consideration in the development of formal recommendations by the City to the DAP who will make the final decision on the proposed development.
