Development Application - 91 Broadway, Nedlands (Amendment to DAP/21/02110)

The City has received a development application for the above. The amendments proposed are summarised as:

• Removal of one unit on the first floor. Replacement with a new communal lounge and gardens.
• Removal of communal facilities on top floor. Replacement with a three bedroom penthouse apartment.
• Modifications to layout of storeroom area.
• Minor internal modifications to units.

The amendments require advertising in accordance with the City’s Local Planning Policy – Consultation of Planning Proposals.

Additionally, a City Officer will be available afterhours to review plans and discuss the proposal in the City’s Council Chambers on 23 February 2023 at designated times between 4 and 6pm, by appointment only.

The City will notify in writing all nearby property owners and occupiers of this development according to the City’s Local Planning Policy for Community Consultation for Planning Proposals.

Feedback received will be taken into consideration in the development of formal recommendations by the City to the DAP who will make the final decision on the proposed development.
