The City of Nedlands is inviting your comments on a Development Application (DA) at 6 Alexander Road, Dalkeith.

The Proposal

The City of Nedlands has received a Form 2 (amendment) application for a Multiple Dwelling Residential development.



The amendment proposes the following notable changes:

  • Plot ratio increased by 6.1m2 (1015.2m2, 1:1.003)
  • Basement removed.
  • Fire booster relocated to street boundary.
  • Bulk waste store added and residential bin store amended.
  • Unit G01 terrace and dining room flipped orientation.
  • Unit 101 reduction to number of bedrooms (approved; 5, proposed, 4)
  • First and second floor northern articulation setback reduced, no change to minimum setback proposed.
  • Stair and lobby configuration altered.
  • Unit 201 addition of 2 trees to terrace.
  • Finished floor level height altered over 3 floors. No changes to overall height proposed.
  • Services/pool plant enclosure added along southern elevation on Level 3.
  • Horizontal screens added to Level 3 southern elevation.
  • Adjustment to roof plan and addition of vergola over kitchen/dining space on Level 3
  • Internal changes to units and Level 3.

There are no changes to any technical reports approved under DAP/24/02820.
