The Proposal

The City of Nedlands has recently received an application for a three storey residential building comprising 12 multiple dwellings.

The proposal can be summarised as follows:

  • Three storey residential building comprising 12 multiple dwellings;
  • 15 car bays, inclusive of 12 resident bays and three visitor bays;
  • Communal entertaining area; and
  • Landscaping at ground floor.

The City will notify in writing all nearby property owners and occupiers of this development according to the City’s Local Planning Policy for Community Consultation for Planning Proposals.

Feedback received will be taken into consideration in the development of formal recommendations by the City to the DAP who will make the final decision on the proposed development.
