The City of Nedlands is inviting your comments on a Development Application (DA) at No.43 Esplanade, Nedlands.
The Proposal
The City of Nedlands has recently received an application for a Mixed Use Development (Three Multiple Dwellings and Consulting Room)
The proposal can be summarised as follows:
- Four storey mixed use development.
- Three Multiple Dwellings;
- Ground floor Consulting Room;
- 15 car bays, inclusive of 12 resident bays, two visitor bays and one commercial bay;
- Two bicycle bays; and
- Landscaping planted on structure and to rear of site.
SUBMISSION PERIOD: 7 January to 4 February 2022

The City will notify in writing all nearby property owners and occupiers of this development according to the City’s Local Planning Policy for Community Consultation for Planning Proposals.

Feedback received will be taken into consideration in the development of formal recommendations by the City to the DAP who will make the final decision on the proposed development.
