Development Application - 1A Thomas Street, Nedlands - Amended
Consultation has concluded
The Proposal
The City has received a revised development application for 27 Mutliple dwellings at 1A Thomas Street, Nedlands to be determined by the Metro Inner Development Assessment Panel (DAP).
This application was previously advertised to the public in January 2024 and included a proposal for 29 multiple dwellings. The application was presented to the DAP on 9 May 2024 which resolved to defer the consideration of the proposal to enable the applicant to make amendments to plans to satisfy the relevant state and local planning policies and for re-advertising to occur. To find out more information about the reasons for deferral and assessment, please visit the Metro Inner Agenda and Minutes (planning.wa.gov.au).
To provide you with further information on the revised application, details can be found on the right sidebar on this site.
