The Proposal

The City of Nedlands has recently received an application for 12 grouped dwellings.

If you would like to discuss the proposal with City Officers during business hours you may contact the City’s Urban Planning Team on (08) 9273 3500 or email planning@nedlands.wa.gov.au.

Additionally, a City Officer will be available afterhours to review plans and discuss the proposal in the City’s Council Chambers on Thursday 9 November 2023 at designated times between 4 and 6pm, by appointment only.

The City will notify in writing all nearby property owners and occupiers of this development according to the City’s Local Planning Policy for Community Consultation for Planning Proposals.

Stakeholders are invited to submit feedback online through the link below or via email at council@nedlands.wa.gov.au

Feedback received will be taken into consideration in the development of formal recommendations by the City to the DAP who will make the final decision on the proposed development.
