The City of Nedlands is inviting your comments on a Development Application (DA) at Lot 421, No. 24 Clark Street, Nedlands.
The Proposal
The City of Nedlands has recently received an application for a Residential Multiple Dwelling Development at No. 24 Clark Street, Nedlands.
The proposal can be summarised as follows:
A total of ten (10) multiple dwellings, comprising:
Eight (8) two-bedroom / two-bathroom apartments;
Two (2) studio apartments
Ten (10) residential car bays.
Three (3) visitor bays.
Each unit is provided with either a private courtyard or balcony.
The proposed development is four (4) storeys high including a roof terrace.

Community Information Sessions will be held by appointments only on Wednesday 17th February 2021from 4pm–6pm at the City of Nedlands Council Chambers. The City will have 20-minute appointment slots for community members in which City Planning Officers will be able to assist with general enquiries on this application.
If you registered for our previous Community Information Session that was subsequently cancelled due to COVID 19 lockdown, we kindly request you call the City to book in a new time.
Due to current limits placed on indoor gatherings and the capacity of the meeting room, confirmed appointments to the Community Information Sessions are essential to able to attend. Those without confirmed appointments will be turned away to facilitate those who have made appointments due to capacity limitations.
To secure your appointment, please contact the City on 9273 3500.

Due to the Western Australian State Government directive, the Perth metropolitan area and the Peel and South-West regions have entered a 5-day lockdown (effective from 6pm Sunday, 31 January 2021 until 6pm Friday, 5 February 2021).
As a result, tonight's planned Community Information Session for 1st February 2021 for 24 Clark Street, Nedlands has been CANCELLED.
We will provide further updates as to when a Community Information Session will be held as soon as possible.

Nedlands Library – just ask a Librarian who will be able to help you register and submit your submission. This can be done during library opening hours.
Nedlands Community Centre (NCC) – Seniors can access this community service with NCC staff, by appointment only. Please call 9386 6170 to make a booking.
