The Proposal

The City of Nedlands has recently received an application for 10 grouped dwellings on Webster Street.

The proposal can be summarised as follows:

  • Three storey split level dwellings comprising:
    • 2 x 4 bedroom dwellings
    • 8 x 3 bedroom dwellings
  • 22 car bays (2 garaged bays per dwelling and 2 visitor bays)

The City will notify in writing all nearby property owners and occupiers of this development according to the City’s Local Planning Policy for Community Consultation for Planning Proposals.

Stakeholders are invited to submit feedback online

Feedback received will be taken into consideration in the development of formal recommendations by the City to the DAP who will make the final decision on the proposed development.

Please note that written submissions are not considered confidential and may be referred to the applicant to assist negotiations relating to the proposal.     Community Information Sessions will be held by appointments only on 21st October 2020 from 4pm–6pm at the City of Nedlands Council Chambers. The City will have 20-minute appointment slots for community members in which City Planning Officers will be able to assist with general enquiries on this application.

    Due to current limits placed on indoor gatherings and the capacity of the meeting room, confirmed appointments to the Community Information Sessions are essential to able to attend. Those without confirmed appointments will be turned away to facilitate those who have made appointments due to capacity limitations.
