The City will notify in writing all nearby property owners and occupiers of this development according to the City’s Local Planning Policy for Community Consultation for Planning Proposals.

Stakeholders are invited to submit feedback online

Feedback received will be taken into consideration in the development of formal recommendations by the City to the DAP who will make the final decision on the proposed development.

    The Metro Inner-North Joint Development Assessment Panel considered the proposal on 16 February 2021. The Panel resolved to approve the application consistent with the City’s recommendation. Further information on the decision will be available in due course once the JDAP publishes its decision on the DAP agendas and minutes section of their website.

    The Metro West Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) meeting has been scheduled for 9am Tuesday 16 February 2021 for determination of this application.

    Due to recently issued proximity guidelines regarding COVID-19, the JDAP meeting will be live streamed via audio teleconferencing via Zoom. Should you wish to make a presentation to the meeting, this form is required to be filled out and returned to the DAP secretariat.

    Community Information Sessions will be held by appointments only on Wednesday 30 September 2020 from 4pm–6pm at the City of Nedlands Council Chambers. The City will have 20-minute appointment slots for community members in which City Planning Officers will be able to assist with general enquiries on this application.

    Due to current limits placed on indoor gatherings and the capacity of the meeting room, confirmed appointments to the Community Information Sessions are essential to able to attend. Those without confirmed appointments will be turned away to facilitate those who have made appointments due to capacity limitations.
