The City of Nedlands has recently received an application for a Mixed Use Development at No. 137 and 139 Broadway, Nedlands. The proposal can be summarised as follows:
A total of 29 Residential Dwellings comprising of: - 14 x Two Bedroom Dwellings; and - 15 x Three Bedroom Dwellings
1 x 84m2 Office Tenancy
67 car bays dedicated to residents and 6 residential visitor car bays
4 commercial car bays
16 bicycle bays for residents
3 visitor bicycle bays
6 motorcycle bays
Due to the sloping nature of the site, the proposal appears to be 7 storey high from the eastern boundary (facing Broadway), 5 storey high from the western boundary (rear) and 6 storey high from the northern and southern boundaries.

A Community Information Session will be held by appointment only on Monday 10 August 2020 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm at the City of Nedlands Council Chambers in which City Planning Officers will be able to assist with general enquiries on this application.
Due to current social distancing guidelines and the capacity of the meeting room, confirmed appointments to the Community Information Sessions are essential to able to attend. Those without confirmed appointments will be turned away to facilitate those who have made appointments due to capacity limitations.
