In addition to providing comment on the entire plan, the City would like to know your thoughts about the priorities going forward.
These priorities are presented as a summary of actions for each reserve (refer document library).
Please provide your comments on each of the actions plans by visiting the forum section on this engagement page.
The focus is on improving bushland condition and providing management actions on:
- Management boundaries
- Rehabilitation
- Re-vegetation
- Weed control
- Plant pathogen management
- Fire management
- Access
- Community involvement
- Cultural heritage, interpretation and education
- Native animals
- Feral animals
To assist with the development of the priorities, in Spring 2018 bushland condition and weed surveying was undertaken across all natural areas to develop bushland condition and weed maps which have assisted in prioritising restoration programs. The City looks forward to receiving your comments.
