Green spaces and parking bays

A number of people are concerned about the loss of green space if Asquith Park is converted to a car park or part of a car park. The City's preferred options would result in additional green spaces, particularly if Asquith Park is converted to a car park. There is potentially an additional 257m2 of green space being provided which includes all three sites.

In regard to increased parking bays there is potentially an additional 25 parking bays, depending on the community preferences.
