Scheme Amendment No.16 - Open For Comment

The Council at their Ordinary Council Meeting in February 2021 resolved to adopt for advertising Complex Scheme Amendment No. 16 to the City of Nedlands Local Planning Scheme No. 3. This Scheme Amendment is for the purpose of re-classifying Fast Food Outlets as a non-permissible use (X Use) within the Mixed-Use and Neighbourhood Centre zones.
The Amendment documentation is available for viewing in the document library and available for comment via the submission form.
Submissions close 5pm, Wednesday 9 June 2021.
