Additionally, a City Officer will be available afterhours to review plans and discuss the proposal in the City’s Council Chambers on 27 July 2023 at designated times between 4 and 6pm, by appointment only.

How can I make a comment about the proposed Development Application?
The City will notify in writing all nearby property owners and occupiers of this development as required by the City’s Local Planning Policy for Community Consultation for Planning Proposals.

Feedback received will be taken into consideration by the City in its determination of the application.
