The City conducted the User Satisfaction Survey Community Groups and Organisations 2020 during 20 February - 6 March 2020.
88 Community groups and organisations were invited to participate.
28 survey responses received in 2020.
The survey consisted of 5 questions and satisfaction % rating below:
- City Customer Service - 93%
- Standard of Information Received - 88%
- Communication Received - 84%
- Facility Condition - 86%
- Facility Cleaning - 88%
OVERALL % Satisfaction - 88% (compared to 82% in 2019)
