Do you use the City's library services? If so, the City wants to hear from you!

The City is undertaking a library user survey with the aim of further understanding our relationship with you. We aim to identify opportunities to continually improve by understanding your level of satisfaction with our services and facilities.

If you complete a survey by Monday 17 June 2019, you will be included in a prize draw to win one of three $30 book vouchers. Make sure you provide your name and contact details on the survey.

If you are not a library user, please check out the webpage or visit one of the libraries. Being a member provides you with access to the Nedlands and Mt Claremont Libraries. With more than 60 000 resources to choose from, the Library Service caters to all age groups and interests.


How can you get involved, find out more or provide feedback?

  • Please complete the survey by Friday 5 July 2019.
  • Ask us by using the "Ask us a Question" tab and we will respond
  • Quick feedback can also be provided by using the "Feedback" tab
  • Place your ideas for new events and activities on the "Your Ideas" tab

Project updates and the outcomes will be published via the "Newsfeed" on this page.
