The City will be undertaking works to upgrade Hillway as it is suffering substantial fatigue cracking. The works will include the resurfacing, drainage, kerb and crossover upgrades.

During the City's planning phase, the Public Transport Authority (PTA) conducted a review of the bus service in this, and the adjacent streets. This review has resulted in the Authority advising the City that bus stops will be either removed, or relocated or upgraded to meet PTA construction and accessibility requirements. These modifications will also be undertaken during this period.

How can you get involved, find out more or provide feedback?

The operations team on site will endeavor to offer access to your property at all times, however there may be short periods when materials are required to cure, on these occasions the City will ensure contact has been made and suitable alternative arrangements have been discussed.

The kerbs will be replaced and upgraded with a new standard semiĀ-mountable kerb. Where necessary the reticulation may be temporarily reĀ-routed to allow the works to proceed. If your are a property owner, and your reticulation is damaged during this process, the City will make good any repairs. However, it is important that you test your reticulation system and report any faults within two weeks of the works being completed. After this period, the City cannot be held responsible for further repairs.

Your cooperation during this time is greatly appreciated.
